Adrian Jolly
Chairman
With over two decades of experience in Financial Services, Adrian possesses a profound understanding of global risk management, including strategic risk assessments and the establishment of enterprise risk management frameworks, encompassing comprehensive global business continuity strategies. Adrian holds a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management, further complemented by his extensive expertise in cyber security, data protection, as well as risk and fraud management.

James Morris
Chief Executive
James Morris was the Member of Parliament for Halesowen and Rowley Regis from 2010-2024 and served in a number of government roles including as a Senior Whip and Minister in the Department of Health. He also served as Chair of the APPG for Cyber Security and Business Resilience and led debate on a range of policy issues related to cyber security. Prior to politics James was a tech entrepreneur, management consultant and was Chief Executive of the local government and localist think thank Localis.

Andrew Churchill
Director of Policy
Originally a Defence Analyst, Andrew first moved into the payments realm in 2001, leading HM Government’s Cybercrime Task Force, and subsequently co-ordinating work with industry on Banking and Payments security technology requirements, particularly in Identity, Authentication and broader Cyber Security. In over 20 years of experience as a consultant and researcher he has advised myriad Governments, Regulators, Standards bodies and every facet of industry.

Andrew Henderson
Director of External Affairs
Andrew Henderson is the Managing Director of Wychwood Consulting Ltd. He has been involved in the Cyber Security sector for 25 years. He worked initially at Gemplus and Giesecke & Devrient providing encryption technology for the Banking,. Mobile Telecommunications and Smart Ticketing sectors. He has continued to work with microprocessor and encryption technology more broadly with Regify GmBH. He helped to found and continues to provide the secretariat for the APPG for Cyber Security and Business Resilience. This has led debate on a range of policy issues related to cyber security.
