Originally a Defence Analyst, Andrew moved into the payments field in 2001, leading HM Government’s Cybercrime Task Force and subsequently coordinating work with industry on banking and payments security technology requirements, particularly identity, authentication and broader cyber security. In more than 20 years as a consultant and researcher, he has advised governments, regulators, standards bodies and organisations across industry.
