Dr Ruth Wandhöfer has helped shape the future of finance and money during a career spanning more than 22 years. She works at the intersection of technology, cyber security, identity, finance and regulation and advises international audiences on the evolution of the digital economy. Following a distinguished career with Citi, she has advised the European Commission, European Central Bank, Bank of England, White House, Singapore Monetary Authority, EBRD and OECD. She is a Visiting Professor and has served on a range of boards and regulatory panels. She is the author of books on payments integration, transaction banking and the digital financial ecosystem and is a longstanding advocate for an inclusive digital economy.
